RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Northern Vault, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must remain sealed and unopened
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
• Opened or used products
• Digital products or gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us at support@northernvault.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
